Tips for Hawkeye Service Installations
Absolutely Disgusted. As disgusted as I am with Hughesnet and my 24 month contract with them, I am more disgusted with the company that was contracted to do my service move. I paid $175 to them to move my service, then 5 minutes after he gets to my house he lets me know that I have too many trees and won't be able to have the dish mounted on the house. This is exactly what he said the first time we had it hooked up at our old residence. So we paid $125 extra for the pole. Now today I am paying $175 for the transfer of service plus and additional $125 for the pole again. I believe that they do not try to mount it on the house because it is an easy way to make an extra $125 off of people who live rurally. Thanks Hawkeye. Your an awesome company. Trust me, I will never recommend this company to anyone.
