Would Never Buy Again. BEWARE! Good Luck getting your spa serviced. Waterhole does not have their own service dept. Instead, they rely on unrelieable independent service companies/individuals who will not return calls and take MONTHS to get a repair completed. I called the Waterhole after numerous unanswered calls to the service guy and was told to just keep trying. I would not make another purchase from Waterhole because of the lack of service support.
