I had a wonderful experience at Natalie M's. I drove 2 1/2 hours to find the PERFECT wedding dress there! Rosie was very helpful with finding dresses I might like & also helping me get in and out of them quickly!

I can't say enough how relaxed and confident Myra & Rosie made me feel. They cared (unlike David's Bridal).

I will recommend this place for years to come!

My tip is go anywhere else in this city but to Natalie M! The sales staff doesn't know the merchandise, is rude (especially the owner Myra), they can't help you if you don't have a list of dresses you want to see, they will cheat you out of your money, and lie about the merchandise just to sell you items that can not be returned! If you are looking for a great experience with great customer service and honest sales people then avoid this place like the plague!

I have gotten my daughter's winning pageant gowns and school formal dresses at Natalie M for several years now and have always been so impressed with their fabulous selection and customer service! I have also purchased special occasion dresses for myself and have always been able to find exactly what I am looking for. I highly recommend Natalie M!

I love Natalie M! The first time I went there I fell in love with all of the dresses that they had to offer. I was also impressed by the variety of different styles they had unlike many other stores that sell prom dresses. The brand selection was also great! I ended up getting my prom dress there my junior year and went back again to get my dress for my senior year! My mom and I also love the service that the employees at Natalie M provide! Overall a great store for anyone who wants to have fun while shopping and walk out with a gorgeous dress!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I experience horrible customer service at Natalie M. When I first visited the store to look for bridesmaid dresses the person I spoke to had told me that all tuxes were a base price. I went in months later to actually sign my wedding party up to get tuxes because of what the employee had told me previously. When we got there, we found that this one price thing did not exist, that they had tiers like everyone else. So we chose a tux under the impression that the price we were shown was for everything needed. Come to find out, this did NOT include shoe rental, and shoes were an extra $24 for each rental. Since we were already there though, we did not object. The entire time we were in the store the person was distracted and not really paying attention to just us. We were extremely confused by the time we left. We came back 2 weeks later to get my Dad fitted, and got the same bad service. We had to wait because they said only one person in the store could take measurements, which seemed insane to me. Then while my Dad was trying to get measured, a girl kept asking the person helping us a bunch of questions and someone else was trying to get her to steam something, which distracted her further. We got no personal attention. Then we found out that each person who came in to rent their tux had to pay up in full right then, which is a problem for some people in our party. So we decided to go somewhere else after leaving. So when we called later that day to tell them we decided to go with someone else, she hung up on my fiance. So he called back to ask if she needed our name or anything and all she said was that it came up on caller ID. Distracted during our entire time in the store and rude when we cancelled. I would not use this store EVER or recommend it to anyone.

Amazing service and selection. I can not thank Myra, Natalie and the staff enough for helping me to prepare for nationals. My dress has been altered and it is perfect. I am so very happy! My cocktail dress and fashion modeling dress are also beautiful! I can;t believe that I got it all done at one store. I will back to purchase my prom dress in a couple of weeks and I will be sure to send all of my friends.

Very Rude to Bride-To-Be. The Staff was very rude to my daughter, who is searching for a wedding dress. A derogatory comment was made regarding her size and that she could not wear a size 8, which is not true. There were no other customers in the store, but they refused to allow her to try on a dress because they had an appointment in 15 minutes. Their website should have a place to make an appointment, if one is required. Very nasty personnel working here. We will never return. I will fly to another city before I would spend one dime here.
