check your drinks!. My husband and I went to Red Robin, because we enjoy their hamburgers, but not especially the customer service, but we still go any way.

We had ordered our drinks and our meals. Our waitress comes back with our cups of water. My husband drank almost half of the water, and went to get a piece of ice with his straw. Suddenly, he pulls out a cracker wrapper!!!!! We pointed this out to the waitress, and she grabbed him another cup of water, we expected her to not only bring the cup of water but also the manager. we sat there for a little bit, and we decided that this is the last straw, and we told our waitress to cancel our orders and we left. check your glasses when you're in there because obviously the waitress doesn't.
