Fabulous Facials. Have had the best facial ever with Kristine Kay. I have been to some very nice spas, but this is my favorite. She is so knowledgable about skin care and the products best for you. I won't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. From the moment I entered Shampagne, I knew this place was special. Everyone was so nice and inviting, I will be back.…
Shocked! Horrible service. I received a $200 gift certificate as a gift one year and nine months ago (they are valid for one year). Recently, I called the spa 3 times to speak with the owner, Christine, and was only successful on my 3rd attempt. I explained to her that I had endured a horrible illness for about a year of the time that I have had the gift certificate. Of course no one feels like pampering when you're learning you have a life threatening illness and then going through the treatments. I am finally in a state to be able to think about going to the spa again. Christine (the owner) told me that the spa has rules and that's why the spa runs smoothly. She said she can't take everyone's situations into account because then things would be a mess. Never mind that I had a life threatening illness. She was not willing to accept my gift certificate, nor offer a reduced amount of the certificate's value. I'm absolutely shocked by this horrible level of service.…

Good intentions.. My husband discovered this salon online and thought it would be a good place for me to let someone pamper me the way that I pamper my clients being that I am a hairstylist. Front desk was friendly, but the other stylist didn't seem to follow that lead. Nicole was the stylist that did my hair. My shampoo was good and it seemed like we were on the same page but I was wrong. I voiced to her that I wanted an "updated look", but came out looking like a flipped version of "Halle Berry". That's what she called it. I have textured hair and she voiced to me that she left all of what she needed to do my hair at home. That didn't make me feel like she was a responsible stylist. Needless to say I won't be going back.…
Two Brows Up.
I've been going to Kristine for my eyebrow waxing for the past two years. I actually found her based on the reviews and have never been disappointed. It's been fun watching her salon grow. Every
time I go in, there is something new.
I finally convinced my mother to give her a try. She always claimed she had no eyebrows to wax. Kristine suggested "tinting" her brows to make them look fuller. It worked like MAGIC! Now, my mother can't stop raving about her. I think she is her biggest fan!
BTW, I have never experienced anything but warm and friendly customer service. @lulumama: Don't get you're panties all in a bunch.…
