Overpriced, mediocre food.. Instead of going to Mi Ranchitos a friend suggested Barley's. At Mi Ranchitos I would have had a variety of chips, salsas and dips at no charge to go with my meal. At Barleys I paid 8.99 for a spinach dip that should have been free given the quality and 4.99 for regular chips and salsa. What a rip off.

For my personal meal, I ordered the Hummus. Pathetic. Horrible flavor, one of my dinner companions referred to it as cat food and from the taste, they weren't far off. Despite the fact that this is lite fare and I was hungry when i got there, I left 2/3s of it on the plate. If it had been any good I would have asked for a doggy bag. Instead, this rightfully went in the garbage.

The main issue here is that you're paying way too much for food that can be had far better, and far more reasonably, elsewhere.

If this kind of food, or environment, is what you're after, try Chili's. Much better food at far more reasonable prices.
