Needing to focus...more!. I was disappointed after having had good portraits taken of my family before that we were rushed in and out and had several photos with at least one person with their eyes closed or not looking at the camera. They seemed to be more interested in taking baby pictures and spent much more time with them we had waited for 15 minutes to preview our photos while they were taking pictures of another child. We were only given 15 minutes total while this one child was given 45+. I feel that the service and attitude were very lacking.
