I read recent reviews on Shawnee Vacuum and decided to give the new owner a shot. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Louis has a professional, courteous demeanor, does quality work, and turned around my vacuum cleaner in a day. My Dirt Devil has a new life!

NEW OWNER @ Shawnee Vacuum-Finally

Louie is the new owner and is a great tech and very helpful. He had to totally refurbish my Hoover carpet shampoo machine. I brought it to him late in the day this past Saturday. He had it running and looking like new Monday, just as he promised. I had purchased it from the previous owner, but it never seemed to work right. Louie even had me run it to make sure I was satisfied with his work. Now, I am very satisfied.

great repair service

I dropped off my vaccum ... it stopped picking up stuff so I thought instead of buying a new one I try this store. Left it off within 20 minutes.....guy at store called me , to give me details and timeline.
One hour later . I came back , vaccum was fixed and very quality inexpensive service repair.... I will be back to this store for bags and stuff.
