I haven't had a bike for 10 years. I have bought 2 others from these guys years ago and they were great then. So when I decided to get a new bike again I was truly amazed to see the same faces and a couple of them even remembered me. Just as before, these guys were great to talk with. No question I had went unanswered. You really can't buy from a nicer bunch of guys

At the Shawnee Cycle Plaza I received excellent service and everyone there knew the answers to my questions. I was a new rider last year and they helped me pick out the perfect bike. It was not the most expensive bike and it didn't come with all the bells and whistles. It was, however, the perfect bike for me. They are great to work with and I look forward to doing business with them for years to come.

I purchased my first bike last summer, a 1999 Honda Magna 750, and a month later I traded it in for a 2005 Yamaha FZ6 that I spotted in your inventory while looking for a bike for my son. A few weeks later I purchased a 2000 Honda CBR F4I for my son. Mike Sarver was excellent. He was extremely patient, very friendly, and, above all, a nice guy. In 2.5 months I purchased 3 bikes from Mike, and he made the whole process smooth, friendly, and hassle free. His customer service skills were excellent; it was like dealing with someone you have known for years. My son and I are really enjoying our rides

Great buying experience; everyone was very friendly and nice. I didn't feel out of place at all, even with this being my first bike. I am loving my 250R Ninja. I would recommend that anyone looking for a bike, first timer or not, stop by and talk with your guys

KUDOS! I just bought my new Yamaha Roadstar from some dude in Gladstone, not knowing much about the bike other than reading about it online. After picking up the bike, I went straight to Shawnee Cycle wanting a couple pieces of chrome for the head and running lights. Roger, one of my parts guys, sees me pull into the parking lot and meets me at the door. He and I walk out to look at my new baby. We are checking it out and chewing the fat when he tells me to get the VIN off the bike and see Jim in Service, so I did. Jim ran the VIN and found a recall on the transmission and that the first owner never had the gear upgrade completed. So, Jim hurried to the phone to call Yamaha while I stood there ordered my parts. Now my new baby is getting a new tranny FREE OF CHARGE. Awesome job, guys!

I absolutely love Shawnee Cycle Plaza. The guys are very pleasant to deal with. The service and sales are awesome. I come there just to hang out and socialize with other folks and the staff. Keep up the good work, guys.

I contacted the service department when I desperately needed new tires on my 2001 Honda Gold Wing 1800. Jamie made sure that I was able to get right in the next morning. VERY nice and helpful, even though they were incredibly busy. Once there, I asked if they could also install my new turn-down exhaust tips, and without hesitation they agreed. Later that day, I went inside to pick up the bike, unbeknown to me, they already had my bike loaded on my trailer and I was ready to go. OUTSTANDING! Thank you!

An excellent staff, friendly people in every department. I purchased my very first bike here. No, I didn't get the bike I thought I wanted, but I got the bike that suited a new rider such as myself. Sean and Hal did a great job getting me financed and on my way, even though the place was extremely busy. Hal told me that since this is my first bike that after a while I'd be looking to upgrade and they would like for me to purchase it from them. Well, when that time comes I'll definitely be buying from SCP again!

The best service I have ever received anywhere. They were prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond in helping me choose my first bike. Great service and great people. I wouldn't buy from anywhere else!
