Loyal Companion

I have been going to this place for about 8 years now. I have boarded all three of my dogs there and have had two of them trained by the guy up there, Mark or Matt (flat top/mustache),something like that.

I've been very pleased everytime I've been up there. My dogs are always clean and are very happy when I pick them up and there always seems to be someone walking a dog when I go up there. So I know they take care of the dogs and they care about our dogs.

Like I said above, I am very happy with this place and recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to leave their dog alone, go on vacation, or even get trained. I can have two of my dogs sit beside each other, put a cracker on their noses and hold it there until I give them the go! I love it! Dogs Rule!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED/GREAT SERVICE

Ive been boarding and grooming my pets at Loyal Companion for over ten years without any problems. My dogs are always happy to go there and happy when they leave. They have gone out of their way to open early or stay late when Ive had flights that were at odd times. Jill, the manager, is great and always knows how we like things done.

I would never go anywhere else!

DO NOT SEND YOUR DOG HERE!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE let these people take care of your dog! Our dog ended up 15 lbs lighter and with large sores on his mouth. He has been boarded several times in the past at other places and has NEVER had any problems. Not only did he have sores (bite marks?) on his mouth but we were never contacted or notified on how they got there and they were never acknowledged or addressed by the people that run the place when we went to pick him up. The workers were given clear instructions and several contact numbers to call in case of any change in his health or with any questions. I am sick to my stomach just wondering what went on there while I was gone.
