Professional Beyond Belief!. We have nothing but praise for Polestar Plumbing Inc.! We called them to repair our bedroom shower and below kitchen ceiling after experiencing a major overflow and leak. The need was immediate since out of town guests would be arriving soon. We were told to ask for Dennis Helm and found him to be very prompt and professional. Not only did he replace the shower valve and shower drain in record time, but he was very helpful to educate us for the future. After leaving, my husband gave Polestar the Big Thumbs Up......vowing to recommend them to everyone!!…

Reliable, Fast and Like Family...... Polestar was recommended to us by our realtor when we bought our house in 2009. Unfortunately over the last few years we've had to make some major repairs and purchases to get the house back in safe and comfortable shape. Polestar has been there every step of the way. They explain everything to us thoroughly, show up at a moment's notice, cut us deals when they can, and will spend extra time on the phone with us when we need to follow up with questions we hadn't thought of earlier. Hands Down The Best!. I've used Pole Star for routine maintenance on my ac and furnace for years. They are the most polite and professional people I've ever dealt with in the industry. This time I came down stairs at 7:30 am to hear a strange noise which happened to be my ac unit. Upon calling Pole Star, they were our extremely fast. The ac unit was fried and I needed a new one. Upon talking with Jon, you feel very comfortable. I don't know the first thing about ac units, and when you ask them questions they will shoot you honest answers with your personal best interest in mind. In fact, I mentioned possibly buying a "bigger" more expensive unit and was talked out of it. They simply said "if it was my house and I had to put a new unit in, I wouldn't put the bigger unit in.....there is a such thing as too large of a unit for a house". If you choose not to use Pole Star for any ac or plumbing need, you've made a mistake!…
