I love this salon. They have always done a superb job on my cuts and color. Every stylist in this salon does an amazing job. I have never been disappointed. I have told all of my family and friends to come an experience this salon. I have had many people compliment me many times over and have been asked where it is that I go. I have no problems referring them to anyone. Thank you so much.

Jan is awesome!! She always has been able to provide excellent hair cuts. My experience here had been so fabulous. All of the stylists here are so talented. Please come in and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

If only I could give zero stars. Worst hair style of my life! Never go to this salon!!! I left this salon in tears, and no one at the salon even bothered to try to fix my hair. I told them I wanted my hair styled with waves on a 3/4" barrel, I got half of my hair in 1/4" pixie curls, and the other half left straight out of shear laziness. What they did curl was burnt and damaged, and needed a deep conditioning treatment to fix. Cost me $120 for nothing, and I only paid $50 at another salon to fix the mess Salon Bliss left in my hair.

Just Another Salon!!. When I walked in, no body said hello, mind you, there were 3 receptionist sitting behind the desk. My name was not on the appointment books and I was told that I was supposed to have called back.. This was not true.. So basically, the fact that someone dropped the ball on my appt. became my fault. When Dawn B. came out to greet me, she decided she had no idea that I was coming in and only had about 45 minutes to take care of my trim and partial highlight as she had another client coming in soon. She also made it clear that it was my fault I was not on the appt. book. Crazy!! I was beside myself. She never smiled at me or talked to me throughout the entire 40 minute service, as though she was mad at me. After she had cleared up the misunderstanding and found out that, I indeed did call and make the appt. Dawn never once apologized for the mistake. She finished my hair because her next client was there and my hair was still wet. So instead of leaving with wet hair I dried it myself.. She had the nerve to charge me $140 for unfinished work.. And when I questioned the price to the receptionist, Terry, she had the nerve to say, "well you offered to blow your own hair dry".. CRAZY!!! Who talks to clients this way..

And what does she think she is a Doctor.. $140 for 40 minutes of unfinished work..They were rude, called me a liar and said I was supposed to call back to confirm the appt. which was not true and later confirmed and then treat me like a jerk and charge me like I had Botox. When I called to talk to the owner the listened but never did anything... So here I am.. DON'T GO TO THIS SALON... end of Story... you had to be there..

Bad Hair Color & Bad Service. I should have known by looking at the stylists' bad hair color and styles and the clientele exiting that this place wouldn't be any good. There were actually several stylists walking around with orange hair. Seriously?? Orange hair people? I got a color done and the stylist didn't even listen to what I wanted. The color did not look remotely like what I had said I wanted. Also, the stylist said she would leave the color on for a little while, disappeared for 30 minutes and never asked if I wanted a magazine while I was waiting. She just left me there to stare in space. I've never been to a stylist who didn't offer you a magazine while you waited. Also, I told this lady I lost my job and she didn't say a thing. Nothing. Pretty rude.
