Amateur Customer Service - they lost my order (1147587), then asked me to go pick it up at USPS, but had no clue which USPS? NO THANKS - Taking my biz elsewhere

Just refund me my order and I'll order it from someone who knows how to process an online order properly. If I don't hear back from you, I'll initiate a CHARGEBACK on my credit card immediately with this email thread as proof, and you will have to incur extra fees because of me doing so. In any case, I'll find every online review site possible and explain what Marbeck did and also post this email thread.

I think something is wrong. It's been out for delivery for 3 days?
Also, it's already been out for delivery in San Rafael on a prior date. Pls call them and check on the package and let me know.

Great online service. I emailed on a Saturday for a difficult-to-find Philips Norelco part, and got a thoughtful email back on Monday morning letting me know that they no longer had the part & could no longer get it, as well as contact information for further research. I will come back any time I need an electronics or appliance part that they carry, since their prices were great, too.
How long does it take to fix a vaccum cleaner?.
Took my vaccum in 3 weeks ago. They told
me it would be a week. After a week, I called to find out if my vaccum was fixed. They said no, waiting for parts and they should be in within the next few days. They
told me what part it was, so I looked it up on
line. I could get it shipped to my house in 2 days for 5.15. At the end of the next week,
I call again. Now I am told that it could be 2 more weeks before the parts come in. They
have to order a certain amount of parts inorder to get a discount. So I tell them I want to come a pick up my vaccum. Now
I am told that they have shipped it off and will
have to get it back. Where is my vaccum?
Three weeks and still no vaccum. If I ran my
business like this, I wouldn't have a business.
