Bad service, Mediocre food
by kcsouthasian at Citysearch
The people writing favorable reviews for this place must a) not be Indian/overly familiar with Indian food or b) don't know good service from bad. This place has the WORST service I've ever seen! It runs the gamut from being served water in plastic SOLO cups (yeah, the kind you drink out of at College frat parties) to lights turned off on you while you're still eating dinner!! The owners must think they own the Indian restuarant market in OP and they're untouchable because that's how they behave. And the food isn't even that good! I can get better food at a Dhaba (roadside restaurant) in India! After 3-4 such terrible experiences, I decided NEVER to go back there. And I make it a point to tell whoever will listen not to go back there either. As an Indian myself, I can definitely say that Flavor of India around 87th & Quivira or Touch of Asia at 103rd & Metcalf are MUCH better - both food and service-wise!!
- Pros: Location
- Cons: Everything!
Fraud... Watch out!!!!

This is a restaurant you come back to time and time again. Good food, service, with little private dining area on the side of the dining area. Note the children servings are on the older serving size. Don't be fooled by the restaurant exterior..it is a nice place inside.
