Good food, average experience.
We've only been here twice. Once was just a normal meal and the other was for their Sunday morning dim sum. The dim sum was crowded, chaotic, and fairly expensive. Feast or famine on the service there. The normal meal we had there was fine, but I prefer Dragon Inn's food and atmosphere.

Moo shu pork and dim sum are highlights at this smoke-free Chinese restaurant..
The Scene
Chef Richard Ng and his wife Theresa so thoroughly enjoy sharing the cuisine of their homeland that they operate three of the most successful Chinese restaurants in the metro area. The Johnson County locations are all smoke-free.
The Food
Moo shu pork with plum sauce, crispy Szechuan green beans, sweet and spicy General Tso's chicken, and plump fresh scallops with veggies and light oyster sauce are among the most frequently ordered dishes. But don't overlook the Cantonese lettuce wraps, spicy Mongolian beef in hoisin sauce, and Singapore-style noodles with curry. Each is superb. The Plaza and Metcalf locations offer extraordinary dim sum each Saturday and Sunday at lunchtime. The luscious little Chinese morsels--there are about 50 to choose from--are all reasonably priced, and an assortment makes a delightfully unique brunch for a group.

mmmm...eggrolls!.
Boling's has the best, and I mean the BEST eggrolls around. They're huge, stuffed to their full capacity and crispy!
When I lived in KC I used to frequent this place just for those eggrolls(and maybe some sake).
The place is beautiful and the staff excellent. Thumbs up to Boling's!
