Just Called In.
Just called in and got some information for my computer,
The guy I talked to was Very knowledgeable on the subject matter, and helped my solved my problem.
I will be calling them if I have any other tech. difficulties..!!
Will never shop there again.
After initially buying my computer there I would have rated it 5 stars. Then, the aftermarket video card I bought stopped working within 3 weeks due to no fault of my own. When I brought the computer back in to be looked at they had the attitude of, "well you just got stuck with a bad video card, sucks for you" and refused to do anything about it.
They might have decent prices but this sort of situation is the reason why small businesses like this ultimately fail and companies like Best Buy etc continue to prosper.
Excellent Customer Service. My brother and I just left Hypertech and were very impressed with the courteous, helpful staff. They were very knowledgeable and didn't oressure us into buying things we may not need for our desktop computer. it was a very pleasant experience and the store is a 'computer lovers' dream. They had everything we needed and then some!! Special thanks to Tiffany for her attention to our needs along with helping me set up an account for my company so we can obtain the things we need to keep our computers and laptops running smoothly!! :-)
$140 dollars later PC not repaired successfully NO REFUND.
These hosers gave me a 90% chance of repair success with refund if unsuccessful only to to NOT honor their word and gave me NO REFUND.
Beware of VIC! I was robbed by VIC!!
Beware of Trojan Business Tactics!. Hypertech misdiagnosed an issue with my laptop, promised me a refund if their attempt at repair was unsuccessful, only to tell me later a refund would not available!
Hypertech STOLE my AC Adapter I checkin in w/my laptop!.
I took my HP in for diagnosis, left the AC adapter with them, they lost the work order and lost my AC adapter and refuse to accept responsibility for its loss. What a bunch of hosers!
IF you decide to take your PC in for repair (which I do NOT recommend), make sure you keep a copy of the work order where they are SUPPOSED to log what components you check in with your PC.
The Best. I have purchase 2 computer from them. I've had problem which they fixed innitedly. They will only give you what you need. Nothing else.
Efficient, No-nonsense Purchase at a Great Price.
I needed a new router. Hypertech is near home, so I decided to give them a shot.
I walked in the door and someone asked me what I needed. I told the guy I needed a new wireless router and how I'd be using it.
He turned around, pulled a box off the shelf and told me it would do the job. He said he had a more expensive option, but that he'd recommend this one.
It's a "mystery brand" product, but it cost about 1/2 of what Best Buy wants for an equivalent. Over a year later and still problem-free.
Noted repair services and prices along with other product prices during the five minutes I was in the store. Extremely competitive.
Awesome Service. I recently too my Toshiba Laptop to Hypertech for service. I had taken it to other places like Geek Squad and Microcenter for a problem that my laptop was having. They told me it was a bad motherboard and would cost over $500 to repair. I took it to Hypertech and their technician was very honest and said it was simply the cooling system was clogged and charged me less that $100 and my laptop is like new now. Thank you so much for the honest service.
