Excellent doctors

I have been going to KCAA for several years. They have done a wonderful job of working with me to diagnose and treat my severe allergies. The staff is great about listening to my concerns and is willing to try alternative medications when those prescribed aren't covered by my insurance. I see Dr. Frankel and highly recommend him. He never rushes through an appointment. He really takes the time to listen and discuss options.

rude office staff

The office staff is very rude. They are always too busy or backed up. I would not recommend this office or the one at Olathe Medical Center
