Dr. Wald helped me when 5 other doctors couldn't. I have had breathing difficulties for several years and was diagnosed and treated for asthma. None of the medications were helping me and I felt like I was suffocating. After seeing 5 different specialists I was referred to Dr. Wald. Dr. Wald listened to me and within 15 minutes of my first visit he said he thought he knew what I had. He sent me for an CT scan to confirm his diagnosis. He called me back within hours, explained that my breathing difficulties were caused by a narrowing of my trachea. He found a doctor to treat me and personally called so that I was seen quickly. He then called me back to make sure that the other doctor's office had called me and answered any further questions about my diagnosis. He has been so patient in educating me and in following up. Excellent doctors. I have been going to KCAA for several years. They have done a wonderful job of working with me to diagnose and treat my severe allergies. The staff is great about listening to my concerns and is willing to try alternative medications when those prescribed aren't covered by my insurance. I see Dr. Frankel and highly recommend him. He never rushes through an appointment. He really takes the time to listen and discuss options.…
