Kathleen Stegman has more experience with injections. I am a skincare specialists , and have access to medical grade products. Products are a must, but you still need a little help when skin begins to sag. Kathleen Stegman gives the BEST INJECTIBLE FACE LIFT. I also like the Dysport instead of Botox. She does a great job with that too.

I've been coming to Kathleen Stegman for my injectable face lift for years. She has more experience with injecting fillers than anyone I've been too. I recommend her to all my clients.

She has a good eye for where filler is needed and how much to inject. It is totally PAINLESS. Kathleen gives a totally painless dental block, most Dr.'s will not do that. They tell you it won't hurt, trust me I prefer the block.

I look at least 15 years younger when I leave her office and better yet I feel better when I look in the mirror.

Extremely Professional. I'll make sure to update this when I'm finished with my treatment, but thus far I am IMPRESSED!

So, I purchased a Groupon for MMA for Botox/Dysport (which I haven't used yet), and I decided to check out their website. They were running a special for 6 Alexandrite Laser treatments (for hair removal) on a small area for $200. First off, this is an amazing deal! I have PCOS which effects hormone levels and produces unwanted facial hair around the *goatee* area. I contacted MMA to see if there was any way that they would treat that area as a small area. To my surprise Kathleen Stegman (the owner of MMA) emailed me back almost immediately saying "Yes!". I was thrilled. Laser hair removal is something I'd wanted for a long time, but didn't think that I could afford, so I was extremely pleased. They booked me on the date I wanted to come in, and though there was a tiny snafu regarding my scheduled time, everything worked out.

I want in for my appointment and was greeted by Virginia, who is the aesthetician that does laser treatments. I was SUPER nervous, but Virginia quickly calmed my nerves. She told me exactly what to expect, put glasses over my eyes, and did a fast zap to make sure I wasn't in pain (I wasn't). It was over before I knew it! She gave me an aftercare sheet and told me to call/email if I needed anything.

Well, after doing a bit more research I found out that the settings she had the laser on seemed a little low, so I emailed, and got a response from Kathleen the very same day. She told me that they always start a little lower, just to check and see how well the procedure is tolerated, and that she would be happy to have Virginia crank the laser up a bit the next time I came in.

I mean really, what more can you ask for?!

This place is really the bee's knees.

Stop the needless discomfort and look your best!. All my life, I struggled with shaving my face and neck. Lots of sun damage and a thick beard made the perfect combo for pain and unprofessional appearance. Virginia is patient, precise, and a perfectionist. No more painful shaving. Kiss the sun damage goodbye. Thanks MMA. Thanks Virginia!

I got a VIPeel and I have never seen my skin so clear!

I love the results that I got, and the staff was very professonal.

I have more self confidence than I have ever had. I can't wait until my next VI Peel in 2 weeks!

This business should make good when things go wrong. I agree with both of the other reviews and even gave them a second chance after one treatment had an unwanted effect that has not corrected itself in 9 months. But I could spend more money to correct the mistake. Really?

Look very hard at the protocols required to get the advertised results and ask yourself if on their own, they may provide a similar or same result as the treatment you will pay $100's of dollars for. Ask questions before you agree to purchase their treatments. I have not found that they are worth the money. As an example, would you lose weight if you maintained a 500 calorie a day diet?

I am not surprised about the hang up from Shady Pricing if she/he was speaking to a woman with an Hispanic accent.

Shady Pricing. I called to inquire about a deal I saw for these guys from Living Social. I was asking about pricing and she was contradicting herself and kept putting me on hold. It was like she could get her story straight. Finally she asked to put me on hold again I said - no, I'm on my cell phone and it was costing me minutes, just answer the question and she said I would have to come in for a consultation and hung up on me.

NOT a medical office!. Don't let their name fool you, this is NOT a medical office. I paid $1200 for a treatment package, and got no results whatsoever. Later, after I consulted with another provider, I found out that Midwest Medical Aesthetics was not even administering the treatments properly! No wonder it didn't work! MMA did not offer to re-treat or refund my money, but did try a hard-sell of their other, more pricey treatments. Don't waste your hard-earned money here!
