Biggest Scam Ever

DO NOT USE HEART TO HEART INTRODUCTIONS. Check them out on B* etter B* usiness B* ureau and you'll see several of us have filed complaints against them for not providing what they promise and I don't mean necessarily a Mr/Ms Right. I specifically told them 3 different things, in my first meeting, of what NOT to send me. And sure enough, they sent me one of each of the things I said NOT to send me. I told them on the last one that I am seriously considering not using their service anymore and all they said in their email reply was "we haven't received your payment yet." They didn't care to address my concerns at all. The owners claim to be Christian but they are more like wolves in sheep clothes. They have refused to provide a solution through the b *etter b *usiness B*ureau and have me in collections now. Why should I pay for poor service, much less pay them more money for more additional poor service.
- Pros: they are local, that's the only positive thing I can think
- Cons: They don't care what u want, they just want your $$
