A big thanks to Village Gardens! I ordered flowers for a friend who had surgery and had scheduled them to be delivered to her home. She didn't get out of the hospital as soon as anticipated, so there was nobody home when the delivery was attempted. Village Gardens contacted my friend, who told them that she was still in the hospital...and they immediately delivered them to the hospital, which was not close to her home. I will ALWAYS use Village Gardens in the future.

I have ordered long-stem red roses sent to my wife's place of business for our anniversary for the past 15 years. Each year the roses are delivered perfectly on time and to the right place. They are the most beautiful roses anyone at her office can remember seeing. They are carefully accented with white baby's-breath flowers and a nice vase to hold all 37 roses - one for each year of our marriage.

I tried a few other places prior to finding Village Gardens and no one comes close. They do a fantastic job each and every year and I have never been even a little disappointed.

Ill try to make this short but.. This place is amazing. I deployed to Afghanistan early this year. I set up monthly delivery to try to keep my wifes spirit up. For those who have never been in her shoes, have no idea what strong really is. Those that have been in her shoes, YOU are the true heros. Anyway, I set this order up in about 5 mins, Super easy. Every month the first Monday my wife got an amazing bouquet. I told them what her favorite flowers were and then gave them free artistic reign of the design. I did however make changes on delivery destinations. No big deal right?? Huh there was a couple of times that I did not get the email sent out till the Sunday evening BEFORE the delivery. Never one time was delayed delivery. Every month my wife was so happy and surprised. You are thinking she would eventually figure it out and she did. But it took a bit because it was never the same date. That was the staffs idea. Made it easier for us and also kind of kept her jumping. Never one time was there an issue with billing, delivery, presentation or anything. The lady at the front desk even started to keep them for a couple hours because "they are so beautiful sitting here" and "they smell so good". Trust me if there was a chance of a mix up. It was dealing with me, several thousand miles away trying to communicate last minute changes. They handled it all without blinking. Did I mention that 2-3 times I just responded to the mailer, that I signed up for. The lady that sent those out even made sure my message got across to everyone. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating. These people made it so easy and I cannot say it enough.

If you are looking to get the most beautiful flowers out there, then Roses by the Village Gardens is the place to shop. Their flowers are so beautiful... full of color, fresh, and beautifully arranged. The service at the Roses by Village Gardens is top notch as well!

I have been using Roses By The Village Gardens for many years and have NEVER been dissatisfied. I do the purchasing of arrangements for our office occasions as well as for my family and friends and I can truthfully say that every single arrangement they have provided has been more beautiful than the last. High quality flowers and unique designs are their trademark. And the personal service is outstanding. Always friendly and helpful, even offering suggestions, which are always right on target for what we are looking for. They deserve more than 5 stars!
