Love this spa!. I got a microdermabrasion at another day spa before I went here and the difference was huge. The aesthetician was friendly, personable, asked questions about what result I was looking for, answered all my questions, and didn't try to sell me on something I wasn't ready for. I got a chemical peel and I loved the result! My face looked amazing and I even got a compliment from a complete stranger because my complexion looked so good! I ended up buying a package of peels and got a discount on it. I think next I'm going to get laser hair removal. I'm hooked!

not a way to do business. I purchased a Groupon facial to this spa and they will not honor it because they are booked up through the expiration date (expires this week and they are available next week). It's obviously out of my control that a spot is not open this week. It would be different if I hadn't paid it in advance or if I would've waited until after it expired to call. Unacceptable way to do business. They obviously don't care about their would've been customers. I will take my business else where since they are all about taking your money and running.
