Gave you a chance, will NOT be back. I have been going to Daniel and Santiago for my highlights and haircuts for a long time now and have absolutely LOVED my hair every time they get done with me! I learned they were no longer at Mario Tricoci and was very sad. I had about $300 left on a Mario Tricoci gift card and now had absolutely NO use for it. I took the time to go in the salon and ask for the money to be put back on my Visa that I’d purchased it on. I spoke with the Manager Nick and he was less than friendly. He told me I “should buy product or something.” Never have I bought product at Mario Tricoci, nor did I intend to spend $300 on their products! I was upset by his decision and asked if my upcoming appointments were still scheduled. He told me they were and named 2 others that would be doing my hair. I was upset I never received a phone call telling me they were gone and that they were refusing to refund the $300 back on my Visa. I couldn’t let it go to waste so I did go in last Thursday and have a highlight with Devin and a haircut with Rachel. Let’s just say I will NEVER be back! I have never once had a bad experience with Daniel and Santiago there but this time with these 2 new girls it was a different story. Devin, not even knowing my LOVE for the way Daniel colored my hair started talking about how bad my highlights were put in. How there was no rhyme or reason. What she was saying was making NO sense! She said when I’d flip my hair over the way Daniel did it; I would see a big dark spot. Funny because I NEVER had that problem before but now since SHE colored my hair I do! It completely turned me off she was saying these things, very unprofessional. I never ever had to wait before….when Daniel was done with me; Santiago was already ready and waiting for me to do my haircut. Well, on this experience I ended up having to wait a good 20 minutes for Rachel to be ready for my cut. It was a Thursday afternoon and I needed to get home as I was leaving for the lake. This upset me too. Then, the kicker is when Rachel was looking at my hair she was ripping it apart, just like Devin had done! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way Daniel and Santiago did my hair. Who were these people to say all this negative stuff about it/them!? It’s almost like the salon trains them to do this. EXTREMLY unprofessional, not classy at all! Rachel was saying “Young stylists tend to be texture happy”, basically dogging on Santiago. Well listen here sweetie; your cut is NOTHING compared to what Santiago could do. It was clear when she was cutting it I wouldn’t like it and I don’t. Santiago had a way with my hair and no matter HOW I fixed it, it looked great. Now my hair isn’t as manageable and my highlights don’t look right at all. Some spots are way too blonde and others too dark. I don’t think she did a good job at the exact thing she said Daniel didn’t, placing the foils in. Long story short, I gave them a chance and I will never ever be back. They were awful in so many ways: taking care of me, wait time, talking badly about the stylists that I LOVE, etc….I am glad I’m done with them and can now go have Daniel and Santiago fix me up again next go around. Those guys truly care and are amazing at their skill. Not once did I ever hear them talking bad about Mario Tricoci or anyone there. They have class. Nick, Rachel, and Devin do not. I’m sorry but if you wonder why your salon is now empty, it’s for reasons like what I’ve mentioned above. I would do business different if I were you. Just some feedback.

Where did Santiago go?. I found out today when I called Mario Tricoci that my favorite hair stylist "Santiago" was no longer at Mario Tricoci, I have been going to him for 3 years now and I have NEVER had a bad experience, I have always loved his hair cuts. I would appreciate any feedback on where he went so my family and I can keep him as our hair stylist.

You've changed. My experience with Mario at Towncenter has changed since the economy soured. They aren't as snotty in there, but the help isn't as good either. You never know what you are going to come out looking like and for the money it's not worth it. You can probably get the same haircut at Fantastic Sam's. Sorry guys, (and to the few that still do a nice job) you aren't what you used to be.

Best hair color technician in the county!. I've been coloring my hair for about 15 years and Daniel is the only person that actually knows what looks good on me. He listens to what you want and always makes sure you understand what he is going to do. He is very laid back and friendly. If you are looking for a colorist who knows what they are doing, go see Daniel!
