The BEST!. The BEST in the city!!!!! I am proud to say that I have been going to Jimmy and Rose for 5 years now! Occasionally, when I am out of town, I have gone to others nails salons and ALWAYS been disappointed. But when I go to Rose Nails,I always leave with the best looking nails. They really and truly take pride in their customers and are sure to to the best job.
