Nancy and staff are fantastic!! From the first time I visited the store they have always treated me like family. They remember me each time I come in and I always get the best personalized service. It is always a great experience at Lilliane's and I know the product I'm looking at is not only unique but quality pieces. With Nancy's help, I have worked with Sam Mitchell to create some beautiful custom pieces. I'm grateful for Lilliane's honesty, their trust and their passion for ultimately making me, the customer, happy.

Excellent assistance. Since I was little, I've known that I want a classy, vintage style ring to wear as my wedding ring. My fiance and I looked at quite a few major jewelry stores, but didn't see anything close to what I envisioned. The rings I liked online were far out of my price range. When we came to Lillianes, I was thrilled to find a variety of gorgeous rings that were in our price range. The staff are friendly and provide excellent assistance, and the store itself has a lovely ambiance. We both bought our wedding rings here, and would recommend Lillianes to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

Pleasant experience. What a pleasant experience going to Lillianes. The selection of unique items along with their sales experts made it special. The young professional woman and owner were knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this jeweler to anyone.

LOUSY SERVICE. YES, THEY HAVE NEAT THINGS BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE IS NOT UP TO PAR BY ANY MEANS! ONE EMPLOYEE SPOKE VERY CURTLY WHEN I ASKED A QUESTION ON A SIMPLE REPAIR ON AN ITEM I BOUGHT THERE. IT WAS NOT READY ON TIME. I FELT IT WAS HELD UP BECAUSE I CALLED ASKING FOR IT. I WILL BE FINDING ANOTHER JEWELER.
