Has been closed for many years.. This restaurant was booming with customers and boasted a wait line for up to an hour for a long time. The food changed dramatically beginning about 2000. It appeared there was no longer on-site prep with a chef and that meals were merely warmed from previously prepared by mostly teens working the restaurant. It closed in the mid-2000's and nothing has filled the space since.

Tippin's Restaurant. This is one of our favorite restaurants in the Kansas City area. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The food has been wonderful for years and the PIES are the best anywhere on the planet.The kids love to go there (kid-friendly) and grandma loves it too. Tippin's are all smoke-free.
