We really loved the new gluten free pizza. The gluten free beer (New Grist) is the best yet! Thank you for making such a great pizza for those of us that need to be gluten free!

I eat here once a week. The pizza by the slice is the perfect size for lunch and affordable.

They have the best pizza in town. The Papa Minsky's is delicious. If you go there for lunch the special is a great deal. Salad, pizza slice and drink for six bucks. Oh, and if you are lucky, Amber will be your server, she is a delightful young lady.

Loved the Nature's choice pizza - all veggie with slivered almonds on top: yum! Also like the Papa Minsky - plenty of meat! Nice location, very neighborhood-y. Lots of high school art work on the walls. Comfortable and casual - and great pizza!

Manager. I was in town on business, from Boston. Am I glad the local folk recommended Minsky's. With a few associates from other parts of the country, we arrived late, just as the kitchen was closing. The chef opened the ovens, cooked up what we wanted, and was a super host. The ambiance is great - kind of roaring 20's and 30's. My advice - go there!
