Awful Food; Awful Service. My pizza arrived as if the box was shaken (literally like Bryce from MN's pizza where they promised not to let that happen again), there was barely any cheese despite ordering and getting charged for extra cheese. Similar to the complaint below, promises for a reply to the complaint I placed on-line have yet to be answered--not as if it matters at this point. I won't be ordering from Dominos again. I could go into the [lack-of] cheese bread, the price discrepancy between the online receipt and the one that showed up at my door, or the driver having to call my credit card number into the store over a mobile phone, but I think you get the picture.

Great pizza, poor customer service. I love Domino's in general. It is where my family has ordered from since I can remember (23 years). But this particular location has awful customer service. One of the managers was extremely rude to me on the phone so I contacted the corporate customer service department. They forwarded the complaint along to the owner of this franchise, and that person never called me as the customer service department said that they would. I called the customer service department back and they forwarded my complaint to the regional franchise manager. Hopefully I will here back from that person.

Overall, great pizza at this location, just hope that something doesn't go wrong or else you might never hear back. I will update if I hear back from the regional manager.
