Awsome staff. I went to this VET because of a coupon I had and am so glad it did. The staff is so friendly, the office clean and the DR - excellent.
Great Vet. I took my dog here for the first time last week to have him borded while we were gone for the Thanksgiving holiday !! I called as soon as we got back and they told me everything that they did to my dog. The staff was super friendly and Kudos to Erica for being so nice. I will definetly take my dog here agin over the Christmas Holiday. Amazing service!. Amazing service! I am so glad I found FMA and Dr. Bachman. The first time we had an appointment, I was impressed that Dr. Bachman met my dog on the floor for his exam, instead of making my dog feel stressed on the exam table. But I was even more impressed at Dr. Bachman's depth of knowledge and willingness to take the time to share it. I have never had a vet so willing to make sure I understood all options without making me feel pressured to choose a specific one. Everyone on staff is respectful, helpful, friendly and seem that they really love their jobs. This is the first time I have ever received a call back from a Veterinary office to check on my pet after our visit. The Bachman's and staff really do make you and your pet feel like family. A wonderful, affordable place to take your pooch. There are plenty of places in the city that will try to rip you off. This isn't one of them. Every time I take my Shi-Chon there he absolutely loves it! He doesn't even care when I leave. That's how good these people are. Everyone is very friendly and they do a great job with grooming/vet needs. Best kept secret in the metro!…
GREAT SERVICE!!! AND GROOMER!!. I received a coupon in the mail for a spay/neuter for my dog. I called around to get price estimates and looked for reviews. I didn't see a whole lot of great reviews for FMA, but just average. However, a lot of the vet clinics around the city were way higher on this service than FMA. So, I decided to go with FMA and they were great!!! They did a great job with the spaying of my little Shih-Poo. They made only 2 stitches and gave me a pain package to make sure that my dog wasn't in any pain when I brought her home. I was planning on taking her back to get groomed, but when I called, their groomer had quit and they hadn't found a replacement yet. So, I went to the Elegant Canine in the brookside area. It was nice, but I felt very rushed at Elegant Canine and I didn't think they did a very good job with what I wanted in the grooming. So, as it is starting to become summer, I needed to get my dog a summer cut. I called FMA and asked if they had a groomer, which they did. they were great a scheduling me the very next day! I have to say, i was soo nervous at cutting my puppies hair soo short for summer and was a little worried about they way she would look, but i LOVE her little new do! It is adorable and they groomer was awesome and took time to listen to what I wanted for my dog! I would highly recommend FMA to anyone!…
