threading. Marvelous experience! i even called my girlfriend in Detroit to inquiry about threading her eyebrows. Of course, she won't get Darshita, but she knows of her skill and exuberance, and when she visits we will be sure to call for an appointment.

Eyebrow Threading in the Midwest!. I was so delighted to find someone in the KCMO area who does the eyebrow threading. I had been introduced to this way of shaping the brow and removing facial hair when I lived in Arizona but had not been able to find anyone to do it once I had left. To me it is better than waxing, or shaving because it leaves a cleaner line and last longer. Fortunately, I found Darshita. She is great! She works quickly, and does an excellent job. I'm so happy with my brows. Additionally, she has a lot of information about skin care and hair care and is on hand for facials, makeup and even henna! She is warm and friendly and I will definitely be back! I recommend her highly.

Darshita is great!. I found this salon through city search looking for threading here in Kansas city. Darshita does excellent threading, you will be so pleased with the shape of your eyebrows. Darshita will also consult with you on what hair cut/style will look best on you. She has excellent knowledge of hair care/products. I haven't found someone here in Kansas City since I moved, who has cut my hair so well! I highly recommend Darshita, you will not be disappointed!

Recommend International Hair and Day Spa!. I got to know about International Hair and Day Spa thru Groupon. I have been here twice in the last 1 month and had an excellent experience both times.

First was for a manicure pedicure with a friend and it was one of the best mani/pedi in a long time. It turned out to be a perfect sendoff gift for my friend.

Second was for hair care. Darshita did a great job at assessing my hair. I opted for a conditioning treatment where she explained to me the nature of my hair and the products I could use for it (I have curly hair and often run into frizz issues). I was initially apprehensive about a hair cut (I read so many articles where hair cuts went wrong for people with curly hair) but Darshita did an amazing job! I am so happy with my hair cut now. She styled it in such a way that I could do a regular ponytail for work and style my curls (with a regular or side ponytail) for an evening out. I am glad I can finally leave my hair open without tying it. She even showed me how I could style my hair at home.

So all in all I would definitely recommend International Hair and day spa.

Darshita patel Great job!!. Darshita patel did a great job in doing my hair. i was so happy after my haircut. she made it look excatly the way i wanted. she explained what she use on my hair and also how will that particular product effect my hair. she knew excatly what she is doing meaning very knowledgeable about her profession. very impressive and will recommend darshita for a best haircut.

Darshita best for eyebrows. The only service I've gotten here is threading with Darshita. I followed her here from another salon. I will never trust anyone else with my eyebrows. She is the best in town!

Darshita listens to her clients. Just tell her what you want your brows to look like and she'll make it happen.

I don't think I'd try any other service at this salon, but I will keep coming back so long as Darshita is there.

Tip: They don't allow you to leave a tip on your debit or credit card receipt like most salons, so you'll need cash if you want to tip.

Darshita. Darshita did a fantastic job! My eyebrows look great!

Darshita also educated me on how the eyebrow threading process worked as well as give me so hinters on makeup and skin care advice. Will definitely go back! Great first time experience at this salon!

Darshita is great!!. I went to Darshita for a facial. She did a awesome job!! I ended up with a haircut and a make over as well. She found a way to work me in. I really like the product that I purchased. She does a great job and along with educating as she is working. I will go back and I recommend Darshita. Great experience!

Can't get enough of Darshita!!. I have been a steady threading customer of Darshita's for going on 3 years now. No one else in this world can shape my eyebrows as precisely, consistently, or as fast as she can. I will never let a drop of wax touch these babies again!

After 3 years of getting my eyebrows threaded by her, I finally made my first hair cut appointment with her last night. I could not be more pleased with how my cut turned out. It was not only what I wanted, it was better! She does a really great job of teaching you as she goes too. Describing any products she puts in your hair and how best to use it.

Darshita's fun-loving spirit and deep sense of professionalism make her the best stylist in town, hands down!

Love Darshita!. I had been to two other salons tonight after work and no one could fit me in for a cut, color and highlights. Then I went ot downtown OP, drove past IDS the first time; turned around and went back. I went inside and the Receptionist said everyone was busy for the evening; Darshita overheard her and said No I can take her between processing of the client she was working on then. So I waited a few moments and she took me to her chair.

She helped me pick a FABULOUS color for my hair and got my highlights just PERFECT! I also watched as she threaded her co-workers brows and thought, I need to have this done. So after the color was washed out she proceeded to thread my eyebrows. WOW! I have to say I am very impressed with threading. It isn't as painful as waxing- there is no comparison. Threading will be the way I go from here on out.

My cut was more then I could ask for. I haven't found a stylist I like doing my hair EVER! I loved Darshita though, she is very professional, very imformative on what works with your hair or your skin. I loved her.

I was a bit taken aback by the prices though. I had a cut, all over color, a few foiled highlights up front, threading, and bought two products and it was $200. WOW! I love it, but that is a bit too steep for my pocketbook. I won't be able to see Darshita except on special occassions since the prices are so high. But that has nothing to do with her, its just the way the world goes round. But I would recommend the salon and Darshita to anyone!
