I went to the International Hair salon last night for my first appointment. I booked to give them a "try out" after reading all the great comments about Darshita. She's everything the reviews say and more! Loved her. She talks through options with you and explains her plan and how you can duplicate looks at home. I also went ahead and did the "threading" based on what people said. I had NEVER had this done before and was curious. It was great! It really does make a big difference. I would definitely say have a professional do it, which Darshita is. I'm going back for sure and will get her to do my color next time too! You can't miss with Darshita!

I recently visited Darshita for a haircut and eyebrow threading. I had long hair and wanted it cut to a shorter length. Darshita was very helpful and explained various styles and how they will suit my face. She also educated me on styling my hair and taking care of it after the haircut. Her tips are really very helpful. I found her to be a very skilled aesthetician. I have received a lot of compliments on my new hair style. I definitely recommend Darshita if you are looking for a stylist who is willing to go the extra mile to give you a great look.

I find that Travis, the owner, offers a wide array of exceptional services, along with excellent products. I'm a long-time client and I've witnessed the wonderful expansion and upgrades that Travis has done in this beautiful salon. I saw Darshita on March 5 for a haircut and the string eyebrow shaping. You'd be hard-pressed to find a more knowledgeable stylist and skin care specialist in the area! If you feel that you deserve the best, go ahead and give the spa a visit. You'll be glad you did. :)

I just moved from Omaha to Kansas and was looking for a person that would do a facial and thread my eyebrows. Darshita was recommended and I am grateful that I found her. She's good at what she does and also educates you along the process. Her charges are reasonable. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a great aesthetician.

I moved to Kansas City from the west coast where I was accustomed to getting my eyebrows threaded. I started going to Darshita for eyebrow threading over a year ago and was very pleased with the results. She kept my brows full and cleaned them up to accentuate my face -- they look amazing! I was so impressed with her threading that I finally decided to have her cut and color my hair. It was by far the right and best decision. I have been to two other hairdressers in KC and Darshita is BY FAR the BEST! She consulted with me prior to the cut and color to figure out exactly what I wanted. I have long hair and she corrected my layers to add shape without losing thickness. I LOVVEEE my color. She added dimension and richness to my hair that complements my skintone. I also got a custom mask for my hair which made it smooth and shiny. Thus far I am completely satisfied and very happy I made the transition to get my hair and eyebrows done with Darshita -- it's a one stop shop! I highly recommend her to all my friends especially if you are looking for an honest opinion to make YOU look YOUR best!

I have been going to Darshita for over a year now for both hair and eyebrow threading. I have to give a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to her. I recently tried to do a home color on my hair, I went to a salon supply store and chose a color I wanted to get to, specifically asking about which color would get me from what I was to what I wanted. I purchased the recommended products and applied them. I was a natural dirty blond with high and low lights trying to go to a brown/red. What I got after the wash out was ORANGE, I could have gone as Johnny Depp Mad Hater for halloween, and that is no exageration!! I called Darshita and even though she had an appointment at the time and had plans after work she fit me in and I walked out of the salon with a gorgeous color!

If you are looking for a great stylist and threader definitly give Darshita a call.

Threading and not turning back!. THANK YOU to International Hair & Day Spa/ Eyebrow Threading for the GREAT service! Darshita does so wonderfully at making my eyebrows BEAUTIFUL that it's worth the 1-hour drive! The staff is so kind, too---offering hot tea and greeting you with warm smiles and friendly vibes. I will keep coming back! Love this place! THANK YOU, DARSHITA---you're THE BEST!!

A for Darshita! :) :) :). International Hair & Day Spa has a very soothing, welcoming ambience. The one-hour drive for us is totally worth it to get our eyebrows threaded. Darshita is SUPERB!!! She is very meticulous when it comes to her work and really explains what she is doing. Extremely knowledgeable and very caring.

I also had her cut and style my hair for the first time yesterday (I'd only gone for threading the previous times), and I absolutely LOVE my new hairdo! My sister even said my hair's never looked this good before :)

Not only does Darshita do eyebrow threading and hair cut/hair style, she also does facials and make up consultations.

Amazing "One Stop". Wow, I had the best experience the other day. I was assigned Darshita for several treatments. Lucky day for me! Darshita not only does an amazing job, she offers tips and suggestions every step of the way. She threaded my eyebrows (hardly heard of this but now am a firm believer), did my hair and makeup. Of course I've had these done many times before, but this time it was the best. Hair is soft, shiny and condition is wonderful. Makeup was outstanding. I usually come out looking like a clown, but this time just perfect.

Thanks gal, you're the best.

I also must say the Spa is well equiped with friendly staff .

All around the best experience.

Darshita is amazing!. I started going to Darshita for eyebrow threading several years ago. I had to drive an hour, but it was well worth it. Nobody has ever been able to fix my crooked eyebrows until Darshita.

When my hair stylist moved, I decided to have Darshita cut my hair after a threading appointment. She did a wonderful job. I love how she gives me tips and tricks and creative new ways to style my hair during each appointment.

She always listens to what I want, gives me feedback and the final product is amazing. I would highly recommend Darshita to anyone looking for an expert stylist or threader.
