Rude, Rude, Rude. I don't write reviews often, but was so offended after a brief visit here that I wanted to mention it. I gave myself a couple weeks to cool off before writing this and I'm still offended!

I know I didn't look like a "high roller" that day since I had my children with me, but I was wanting to set up a corporate account. The woman I spoke with talked to me like I was stupid and she seemed to assume that I was poor. Apparently they don't like people they think are poor. I wanted to ask a few questions, and was told I needed to talk to the owner, but he wouldn't come out to speak to me despite being just a few feet away. The lady just stood there looking at me like I was a nuisance she couldn't wait to push out the door. The people skills here are seriously lacking. She made me feel uncomfortable, small, and unimportant within minutes of entering the building. I gave my business to another florist, who will now get my recurring referrals and orders (they lost a lot of business from me for being so rude), and I will tell anyone who will listen to stay away from Dalton's.

Great expectations turned into disappointment. Dalton's had a beautiful selection of flowers for my sister's funeral and we were able to pick from many fresh flowers for our arrangements. The funeral looked so pretty.

I decided to use Dalton's again for my wedding because they held a special place in my heart.

I gave the owner a picture of a little jar with a couple new rose buds and 1 twig of gum flower and we all agreed that's what I would get. When my centerpieces arrived they were nothing like what my picture looked like and the owner thought she knew better what my ceremony needed.

When i tried to talk to them later they at their shop they were so hateful. The owner actually yelled in our faces and said we were only trying to get something for free. He wouldn't even refund us for the flowers we paid twice for.

Needless to say I was heartbroken all around. They turned into very hateful people that were nothing like the ones I had dealt with at my sister's funeral.

I thought I could trust them to make the arrangement from my picture. It was my special day and I had my heart set on these perfect, little roses...not the wilted arrangements they sent.

Very sad and disappointed and then to be treated so horribly on top of everything else. Never once did anyone ever say sorry.

I can't in good faith recommend Dalton's Flowers anymore.

Great quality at a great price. Dalton's came highly recommended to me. So, when I wanted to send someone very special to me a bouquet of her favorite flowers, they came through with a beautiful arrangement that caught my girl totally by surprise. Thanks for helping me kick off my weekend on a great note!
