They buy Diamonds & Gold. Thank you for the kind service and for buying my diamonds. The other places did not offer me anything for DIAMONDS! This place took the time to look at each diamond and pay me for them. I got almost $100.00 more for the small diamonds over the gold value.

I found a real Jewelry buyer.. I have been to all of these we buy gold and jewelery stores and all they want to do is buy the gold and give me nothing for the jeweley value. This place looked at my jewelry and not a pile of gold check them out.

Love them!. We went to Precious metals and gems to look at a wedding set that I had been hinting at for christmas. They were very friendly and helpful they showed us several styles and shapes. They were very reasonable on the prices. Once we decided which Ring set we wantred the gentelman helped us with sizing etc. The ring was ready quickly and is the most beautiful piece of jewelry I have ever owned. He made sure it was polished beautifully. Every detail was handled to perfection!! I was overjoyed when I opened my Christmas gift!!! Thanks so much!!! I would definately reccommend them to anyone!

new ways. decided it was time to change my ways. out with the old and in with the new. these guys helped me with good service, fair pricing and quality in what they do. I was happy with dealings. I would use them again and tell my family and friends. you will like them too

Very fair prices, and honest. I inherited some coins and misc jewelry which i took several places around the area. Most didn act interested nin what i had, just offerred me 'x'amount. But precious metals took time to look thru my coins and paid me almost 50% more. They found a penny that they showed me the value n the book and paid me $35 for it, who would have thought, a $35 penny! i was very pleased with their professional manner. Even got to some coins that my kids wanted and still made more money than at other stores. Deffinatly check there before you sell your stuff!

I never Met a More Honest Group of People. These people were unreal. They gave me double then any other offer and showed me respect the entire time. My entire family shops there and has for the past thirty years.

Crooks!. Beware of this place. Not all the employees will give you the same appraisal. My first time in this shop was a few weeks ago. I was trading in an old 14K men's band. The associate inspected, measured, and verified the jewelry. I received what I thought was a fair price.

However, I went there again with an 18K ring studded with 1/2 carat of diamonds (GHI quality) and I was quoted a price about the same as the men's band. The ring was never inspected, weighed, or verified. This person merely glanced at it, walked over to the vault for about 30 seconds and came back with this offer. The ring was recently appraised, and this person offered me about 5% of the appraised value.

I am not in a hurry to cash this in, so I will be trying to sell it out right.

SCREW THIS PLACE!!!! THEY ARE CONNIVING CROOKS!!!

Very Bad Experience. I went there with 2 diamond rings and was offered a fair price by a polite and knowledgible man. I decided to think it over and returned a few weeks later. The man I had previously dealt with was not there and so a guy who turned out to be the 'owner' waited on me. He not only offered me less than half of the other man, but acted like he had no idea who had waited on me before and was very rude and condescending. The first man took time to evaluate the rings. The owner did nothing more than glance at the rings, walk back to another co-worker, turned his back on me and was whispering to him. I can't repeat the entire conversation but let's just say this guy is rude, arrogant, and I advise you not to go there. I don't know what happened to the original person, but apparently he was no longer there and hopefully he quit and went to a more reputable dealer. Customer service goes a long way and there is none here.
