I Love This Place!. Been Buying and selling jewelry and coins from them for years! I was reading some of the reviews and I just dont understand. It is a shame the only people that leave feedback are people that are mad that it is not a perfect world! Trust this place 20 years and not one bad experance!

No Customer Service. I went to this store after an Internet search for area coin shops. There were 3-4 people woking behind the counter. There was only one other customer in the store. I entered the store without any greeting. I looked in the cases at the coins. No one offered any assistance, let alone a "Hello". I walked out of the store without any interaction with the staff. Prices were excessive. I won't be back. Hope to find a coin store in KC that I can trust.

The nicest people and highest quote I received!. I went to two other coin and jewelry shops in the metro and was treated like rudely and was told my jewelry and coins were just worth there metal content. When I went in see them I was greeted at the door, was talked to like a human, and they found three silver dollars that were worth $100 each a lot better than the $16 each at the other places. I also received $50 more for my gold! I love this place!

Stay away from this place!. I brought a gold coin in for them to look at. It had been pried out of an old belt buckle (I wasn't part of that) so I wanted to make sure that it didn't still have some rare coin value. The guy just looked at it and told me it was fake. I asked him if he meant a fake coin, and he replied that it wasn't even gold. When I challenged him, he stated unequivocally that he could tell - by sight - what was gold and what wasn't. So why does everyone else need a gold test kit? If I had listened to him, I would have thrown away 1 Troy ounce of gold. They either don't know what they are doing or they don't care. Either way, they don't deserve to be in business with that attitude.

This Shop Cares. What a wonderful organization! They take the time to make sure you can find what you want and never pressure you one way or another. What my girlfriend and I were looking for in a ring we didn't see many other places. They are knowledgeable and kind, and I know I'll be a lifetime customer!

Service was great, but price offered for silver was about 50% of market. Took coins & silver into store due to a promotional newspaper ad. Service was great, but the offer on coins and silver were about 50% of market. I know they need to make a margin, but 100% + in an up market is excessive.
