Fritz's Chili

Idiots. If you went to this restaurant and did not like it, the problem is with you, not with them. You are left to decide how you want your food spiced. For years, my wife would get Taco Via to go next door and I would always get Fritz's to go because it is great. If you go there and you enjoy spicy food, try this recipe exactly and you will never find anything better:

Medium Meat and Bean

1 Jalapeno paste

1 ketchup

1 Chili Powder

1 Hot Vinegar

1 onion

1 cheese

The cheese goes on top after the rest of it is mixed together.

Granted, this will be a very spicy mix but one of the best flavored dishes you will have in your life.

I was just talking to my wife and we said, "What if you could have one KC restaurant for the rest of your life?"
