horrible customer service

I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from the Tires Plus at the Metcalf location. As a single young girl I was already apprehensive about getting work done on my vehicle. Then once I brought in the coupon I was going to use for tire rotation/alignment and oil change they tried to charge me an additional $40, stating that the oil change was not included, however it was clearly stated on the coupon.

The second time I tried to give them another chance, I needed a patch on my tire that had a slow leak and I tried to stop by there first thing in the morning and they said it would take 1-2 hours, yet they had service techs leaning around and not doing any work. When they could tell I was in a rush nothing was done to make sure they could provide the best customer service.

I do not recommend the tires Plus at the Metcalf location in Overland park, as the folks that work there are un- helpful and disrespectful and I am so disappointed that I ever gave them a dime of my money in the first place.

Rip Off Artists

Took my van in to have the back tire fixed and they told me that they couldn't fix it because the Dept of Transportation wouldn't allow it. They said I needed four new tires. The front two were only four months old and I had purchased them from the very same Tires Plus! How could they have gone bad in four months? Then they also told me my brakes were bad. I just had new brakes put on two months ago. They said I need my oil changed and new wiper blades. Anything to rip me off. I took my tire to another unconnected tire store and got it fixed without a problem. I also had my brakes checked and they were fine. I suggest you steer clear from this store completely!

Tires Plus charges unreasonable.

Just recently I visited the tires plus in Overland Park at 75th and Metcalf. After the salesman gave me incorrect reasons to not balance my trailer tires, I them do it anyways.

They quoted a price to balance the tires, but did not quote prices for parts (Tire Weights). I'm fifty years old and have never had to pay extra for tire weights before. Amazingly enough, they charged for 'parts' to balance the tires.

I went back after I realized the gouging I got, but they only stated the one little weight they put on each tire was 'expensive'.

Don't go there unless you want to get taken and get wrong information.
