BEST STEAK.. OUTBACK?. Umm.. No. This is a hugh mistake to put a chain restaurant in this catagory. Kansas City is known for their steaks. The beef in the Midwest is unsurpassed. Their are many other Steak Houses in KC that deserve this more than Outback. Granted this is a very nice place to eat. The service is wonderful. The atmosphere is very nice as well. Too Far North.
Having only dined at the Outback at the Chouteau exit off of I-35, at the fabulous Target strip mall, I can only comment that this was good but not worth the ticket price. The service wasn't up to
par either.
I wasn't explained about the rub they use on their steaks and found it annoying and distracted from the rib eye's flavor. My children enjoyed their chicken, but they enjoy anything. Again, another chain, although better than Longhorn, and chain mentality, i.e. mess hall economics posing as a higher level of dining.…
