Dave cares about his customers, don't listen to other review. I have been dealing with Dave because of a warranty issue and he is the technician that the warranty company chose. This warranty company (warrantech - NEVER BUY a "repairmaster" warraranty) has been putting me through the ringer and Dave has continually gone to bat for me. I could not be happier with the service and the kindness of Dave. This is my first time ever dealing with him and I will return and recommend him to everybody that I know because he is honest and hardworking. I even asked Dave about some of the specific reviews that have been left on here and those are some pretty funny stories about stupid people trying to take advantage of others. I can be sure that the ONLY reason that I will be able to get my claim to go through for my TV is because of Dave and his dedication to his customers.

BEWARE! DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING THERE!. WORST PLACE EVER! Guy said he will let me know by the next business day what was wrong. When I called to get a status, he told me not to call and that he would call when he is done; the following day he called saying he didn't know how to fix it. I went to pick up my subwoofer. As I parked, I saw him closing the door around noon. As he was walking back to his car, I told him I just needed to pick up my equipment at which he said "come back at 4:30" and kept walking. I tried saying something to him, he kept saying "4:30" and drove off. I called him on his cell phone, but he wouldn't hear what i had to say. He basically said "...I've told you more than twice to come back at 4:30." and hung up. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
