I saw a wig online at a Chicago shop, just before I left to visit Chicago, and it was to cute. It was short and tapered and just right for the summer. When I got to Chicago I could not find this wig anywhere. When I got back to Topeka I figured I would order it, but I could not remember the website. I went to Bunnys where I have gotten most of my wigs and guess what...there was the wig I had been looking for and it was cheaper than I had seen it on line and on top of that, it was on sale. I plan on making another trip KC to buy another one if I do not see it on line at Bunnys.

• Pros: parking, selection, price
• Cons: Need larger sizes in the shoe dept

Good customer service!

I thought the customer service there was great. I was helped right away and given a discount on an extension hot iron. I didn't really fit in with the rest of the customer base but that didn't even make a difference, i dont care what people look like. there is tons of stuff in the store and my overall experience there was good! i'll definately go back.

Great Customer service and place of business

I was diagonsed with Alpecia Areta 3 years ago and have not found a good wig shop to go to. I was recommend her by some african american females who also suffer from this hair loss. I found the staff to be consierate and ready to help me with anything and everything. I will continue to by my wigs from them.

Bad Customer Service!

Very Disrespectful!!! I did not like the service I received here the staff were rude and talk to you as if you do not know what you are talking about. Ordering things took forever to come into store one item I never received I had to request money back. Horrible experience. I will never shop there again. I see a lot of their customer base is African Americans and just there way of treating them was ridiculous. When a customer asked a question the Asian gentleman was short and snappish with her as if he didn't want to be bothered. When problems arouse they are quick to speak in another language so that you can not understand what is going on.
