Wonderful Food and Superb Service. I'm sorry, but if you are expecting the most expensive Mexican Restaurant in town to wait on you hand and foot, in White Attire by your table-side to come to the command of your every whim--no--this is not the Restaurant for you!!! Okay! This goes to the previous post I seen.

HOWEVER, IF you like a small, quaint, inexpensive, delicious, family owned restaurant without all the fancy "perks," this is it!

I was raised in Wyandotte County, and like most, I now live in Johnson County. I CRAVE Jalisco's Beef & Onion Enchilada Casserole! I've LOVED IT for over 15 years. My ex-husband and I and our girls went there at least every two month if not once a month to eat dinner on Saturday night years ago. Good memories...

Awsome and VERY friendly service, and the food is OMG--Authentic Mexican!!

Love you guys!!!! A 15 Year + Customer!!!

GREAT FOOD GREAT SERVICE!!!. i went to the jalisco's on state and they have the best food ever,,i was amazed with the all u can eat mexican buffet..i have never seen one befor! and the service was top notch...whoever doesnt like this place is nutts!!!!!

Argentine Location Bad Food. I had lunch buffet - it was expensive and the food was not good. Restaurant was dirty. Will not go back.

Used to be good. Havent eaten there in ages, but when I was a child I remember a location in Argentine ...it was not the location that is there now, I am sure.....anyone remember where they started out.?

Good Mexican food, good Mexican folks, a KC institution for forty years.. For forty years, the Hernandez family has served traditional Mexican food with warm Mexican hospitality at Kansas City's Jalisco Restaurants. For thirty-seven of those years (while dozens of ostensibly-Mexican chain places opened and closed) I have stayed happy with for-real Mexican people serving me my for-real Mexican favorites.
