Wonderful time. I have had 3 really great experience with this company, first when it was Sandy's Bridal and I was wedding dress shopping, and twice now with Bridesmaid dresses now that it is Emily Hart.

The women there are really sweet and very stylish, they care about you and understand how to listen to your budget. The dress came in on time, and fit like they were suppose to. I vividly remember them showing me what they wrote down and asked if I agreed. Since it was ultimately my choice. Emily and her staff have been so wonderful for the past two weddings I have worked with them. I would highly recomend them. Also ALL wedding places have the prize drawing that is from those little book drawings. I would suggest every bride to make a "wedding email address" every show, every sign up for a chance to win, will put you in their systems.

Sandy's Bridal Salon in Paola, KS. When bridal and bridesmaids' dresses came in, none of them fit. My bridal gown was one size too big. I wear a 4 and they ordered a 6. My 2 bridesmaids' dresses were too tight. The elderly lady was the one taking the measurements and also was the one who made the alterations to mine. I had no time to react because my wedding was soon after. My mother paid for half the price of all the dresses beforehand and was told she had to pay the full price even though we refused to take the illfitting bridemaids' dresses. I asked to look at the measurements they wrote down; all were incorrect so incredibly far off the mark. Because my dress was so big, it made my breasts look flat because the collar couldn't be made smaller; had to have breast pads sewn in. Had to buy cheap bridesmaids dresses. My wedding experience for me, my mother, and my bridesmaids were ruined because they are incompetent at measurements.

To clear things up.... Hi, I would like to introduce myself. I am Emily, the new owner of the old Sandy's Bridal, now EmilyHart Bridal. I wanted to respond to this email because I think it may give girls a bad feeling about our store. I can assure you that there was never any selling of information at the old store. When I arrived, The Perfect Wedding Guide had a drawing for a $500 dress giveaway. This entry form was a little tricky, it asked you to check the areas that you would like to recieve information about. If you weren't careful, there was an "all" box that, if checked, probably swarmed your mailbox with unwanted spam.

So, to let the truth be known, it was never our intention to bombard anyone with information against their will. And we certainly never got paid for this. As soon as we heard about the problem, we were very careful to warn our customers about it. And we had a lot of people actually win the $500 from our store. :)

I also encourage anyone to visit our new shop. We have many new exclusive lines and beautiful new designers dresses. We would love for you to come see us!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY GIVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL OUT TO EVERYONE. Visit there and you will be pestered by telemarketers, email spam and all sorts of pests trying to sell you anything and everything... welcome to your worst nightmare!!!

They must be getting paid by someone to gather names, emails and phone numbers. Judging from the outrageous number of calls, THEY must be making a fortune from it, too. These telemarketers pester you and call again and again. They won't take no for an answer.

The deny that they gave the information out. Yet the telemarketers refer to them, and indicate that that's where they got the info.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE. They don't even have that great an assortment of merchandise.
