Rude Rude

Trash wasn't picked up - called to find out why. Told her I was going to discontinue service she said my service was shut off and hung up in my face. I have never been treated that way by a business. Been a customer for 13 years - wish I would have known their reputation sooner. New trash company said they get customers all the time because of Ottawa being so rude. Would never recommend them to anyone.
