False Information TWICE. I called them and asked specifically; do you have yellow roses and they said yes. So I ordered 6 red and 6 yellow for my husbands promotion. I asked her to please not make anything fancy; just something simple please. He works for the KC Chiefs; the colors and design were very significant. The roses were delivered 6 red and 6 white with red tips and designed to look like a rose bush. Ok; I let it go... I ordered again for his birthday. I called and asked them if they had the bamboo. They said yes. I asked if they had the bamboo cube that is shown on the website. They said yes. I ordered the 'better' version for more stems. The bamboo plant was delivered in a clay pot and the design looked like a fence. I am sincerly disappointed because both times, I called and asked. Both times I was lied to. I understand substitutions can be made but I would have changed my order had I known.…

Horrible delivery on Valentines Day. My coworkers ordered a beautiful flower arrangement for me from Toblers to be delivered on Valentines Day. They had also paid additional money for "guaranteed delivery". Yes, they DID get dropped off at my business ON Valentines Day. Outside of the building (of a multi- business building) - in freezing temperatures. Needless to say, the arrangement looks pretty bad. I spoke with the manager, who explained that they contract with other drivers on Valentines Day, and even though they explain the "rules" (no drop off after 5:00), he said "not all of the drivers pay attention to the rules". He did say they would send another arrangement, as well they should. 2 days later, my arrangement is dead. But what bothers me is that he didn't seem bothered by the fact that his "contracted drivers" do a poor job. This is why I'm giving a bad review. Valentines day is not an excuse for poor service.…

OUTSTANDING FLORAL SERVICE!!. I walked into toblers flowers olathe, ks location. i was immediately greeted with a smile. the staff was very friendly and ready to help with my floral needs. i ordered an arrangement for my grandmothers 80th birthday. the designer went above and beyond what i requested. she received a stunning bouquet of fresh cut flowers. i will definately be reccomending toblers to my friends and family. =)…
