False Information TWICE. I called them and asked specifically; do you have yellow roses and they said yes. So I ordered 6 red and 6 yellow for my husbands promotion. I asked her to please not make anything fancy; just something simple please. He works for the KC Chiefs; the colors and design were very significant. The roses were delivered 6 red and 6 white with red tips and designed to look like a rose bush. Ok; I let it go... I ordered again for his birthday. I called and asked them if they had the bamboo. They said yes. I asked if they had the bamboo cube that is shown on the website. They said yes. I ordered the 'better' version for more stems. The bamboo plant was delivered in a clay pot and the design looked like a fence. I am sincerly disappointed because both times, I called and asked. Both times I was lied to. I understand substitutions can be made but I would have changed my order had I known.

Horrible delivery on Valentines Day. My coworkers ordered a beautiful flower arrangement for me from Toblers to be delivered on Valentines Day. They had also paid additional money for "guaranteed delivery". Yes, they DID get dropped off at my business ON Valentines Day. Outside of the building (of a multi- business building) - in freezing temperatures. Needless to say, the arrangement looks pretty bad. I spoke with the manager, who explained that they contract with other drivers on Valentines Day, and even though they explain the "rules" (no drop off after 5:00), he said "not all of the drivers pay attention to the rules". He did say they would send another arrangement, as well they should. 2 days later, my arrangement is dead. But what bothers me is that he didn't seem bothered by the fact that his "contracted drivers" do a poor job. This is why I'm giving a bad review. Valentines day is not an excuse for poor service.

OUT OF BUSINESS. The new owners sure wrote themselves a nice review in march

too bad they went broke in May and closed the doors

OUTSTANDING FLORAL SERVICE!!. I walked into toblers flowers olathe, ks location. i was immediately greeted with a smile. the staff was very friendly and ready to help with my floral needs. i ordered an arrangement for my grandmothers 80th birthday. the designer went above and beyond what i requested. she received a stunning bouquet of fresh cut flowers. i will definately be reccomending toblers to my friends and family. =)

WOW!!. SHE SAID SHE WAS THERE TEMPORARILY AND THAT SHE HAD ANOTHER JOB, AND WAS WORKING THERE FOR THE HOLIDAY XTRA MONEY, DIDNT GET HER NAME, IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN NIKKI, NOT FOR SURE, SOUNDS RIGHT, SHE WAS THE RUDIST, AND UN PROFFESIONAL PERSON EVER, AS LONG AS SHE IS THERE I WONT BE BACK NOR WILL FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Horrible horrible service, again I repeat, horrible!. All I went in for was to order a boutonniere for my prom date, and was only greated by bad service. And this hasn't been the first time I have been treated like this. So much for service.

Cheap-looking arrangement. Ordered $45 arrangement through Teleflora, and Tobler's in Olathe made it and delivered it. What was delivered was nothing like I ordered (I ordered long-stemmed burgundy and yellow daisies in a large glass vase). Looked like a $30 arrangement. Dowel rod holding the card was broken and taped with floral tape. Ugly coppery/brass container. Lots of filler and carnations. Very few white and yellow carnations. Very disappointed. Would never buy any flowers from Tobler's.

Sloppy service. My last two experiences with Toblers have been very disappointing. Mothers Day 2007 my floral arrangement was never delivered tho the disinterested rep on the phone claimed it was...I did receive full credit for that mishap. May of 2008 I ordered flowers for a funeral in Grain Valley Mo specifically asking if Toblers delivered to that location... I was told they did however the arrangement was outsourced to a local vendor and what was delivered to the funeral home was more appropriate for a picnic table...cheap rectangular basket with sparse flowers and a plastic butterfly. Toblers "100% Guarantee" turns out to only be 20% if you are dissatisfied with the arrangement. I will not use Toblers in the future.

I grew up in KC, I called after years and Toblers is a company you can trust with great service, product and fantastic employees above and beyond. Treated and Served Excellent. Thank u. I grew up in KC, I remembered Toblers from growing up... I am so thrilled I called them, even after looking thru the entire city or 800 flower #'s.. I didn't need them and I couldn't have asked for better service or treatment. Great Service, Great collections, and prices and most of all employees who go above and beyond duty - just fantastic.. and Toblers a name you can count on.. thank you so much for reading my mind and making my mother happy.
