cable for the 7th circle of hell

For $140+ for the basics (cable and internet) you would think that the sound wouldn't fade in and out. And for the price i should get phone service but if the cable and internet is this bad....i don't even want know what the phone is like. When we first called to get service it took 2 weeks to get everything right. At first the internet wouldn't work. Then the cable box broke!!??? how does that happen? They still charge me monthly for the cable modem they sent out that i had sent back. They argue with you if you have a problem. CALLING DOES NOTHING!! Internet speeds are not what they advertise. I am constantly having to unplug the modem and wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. BAD product topped off with HORRIBLE service. Please please bring another cable company to olathe.

Wouldn't even give them a star, but this system requires at least one. After more than 15 years with this provider the first time we had a problem we received deplorable service (they don't keep appointments). They have rude service staff, and they can't correct their mistakes, nor do they deliver what they say they will, when they say they will. They are over priced, and at every level of management (including all the way to the top) they are very unresponsive. What a dud!

Never in my LIFE!

Everything the other user said is spot on! I have never been stuck with ONE service provider that wants $140/mo for tv and internet (that's BASIC tv and internet). The service is horrible. The tv cuts out all the time. I have been on hold now more than ONE HOUR trying to report it. When I do report it, I'm told someone is already working on it and it just goes away in a couple DAYS. The internet is not fast. I have top end equipment that is wasted on their slow services and poor signals. I went with a cable company only because I didn't want those outages during rain and snow with satellite. I have MORE signal problems and outages than I did with Dish Network. As soon as my special price is up in a month I am going back to satellite. You just can't get anything really good here in Olathe.
