Great work by the body shop - BUT - really poor customer service. Recently had Zeck Body Shop complete a significant repair to my SUV's front end. Work looked great and I was initially very happy. Unfortunately, later there were some issues with the work and when I attempted to address them with the Body Shop I was told that not only was the problem not attributable to Zeck but that I was completely wrong about the issue. There was absolutely zero interest in seriously considering my concerns; further discussion with the Body Shop manager initially resulted in the same answer from them - could not be there fault I was wrong about the issue. After significant explanations the management finally agreed that it was possible that they had made the mistake and that they would replace the damaged part. Unfortunately this came after nearly 40 minutes of conversation. I feel quite sorry that my initial very positive impression of Zeck has been completely changed - quite disappointed in their approach to customer service.
This was my first ever car buying experience, and it was quick and easy. I found a vehicle I liked in there online inventory, a used 2012 Ford Focus SE Hatchback, and couldn't find a better deal anywhere near where I lived. I talked to Rick Mears through online chat to check and see if the vehicle was still on the lot. I went by the dealership to test drive, he gave me all of the vehicles history, and I decided to buy. I knew this could be the hard part, because I am young and only have a year or so worth of credit history. They were able to really help me out and explain my options for financing, and did not push me in any way. With all of that information I decided to buy. Within about 30 minutes I was driving home in my new car, and I couldn't be happier.
I was looking for a vehicle to accommodate our entire family. Our current vehicle just wasn't big enough. Did some searching and realized the best prices were at Zeck. Leavenworth was a bit of a drive, but I am so glad we made the trip. Jason was the salesman that assisted us. His friendly nature, was a bit of a shock. We'd gone to other dealerships in the past not knowing what we wanted and were handed a business card and "call me when you know". Jason took the time to get to know our needs & what we were willing to spend. We viewed a few vehicles, but fell in love with the Flex. Jason's service-minded nature made it enjoyable. We knew what we wanted and now it came down to finance time. Here's where I usually start to feel anxious. I wasn't looking forward to the grueling waiting and waiting. But yet again I was surprised, it was quite painless and very easy. I had to pinch myself. Friendly salespeople AND easy financing this can't be real. It was. Our experience was really wonderful.
We were looking for a used Edge for my wife and found they had several at Zeck Ford. I made an appointment with Jason. When we arrived he had narrowed down the selection to the ones that had the options we were looking for. He was patient and attentive while we tried to figure out which one we liked the best. Once we figured out which one we wanted, the process went quickly and smoothly. We never felt pressured or rushed, but it seemed to take no time at all to wrap things up. I'd definitely recommend Zeck. Not only was Jason helpful and friendly, but everyone there was. The owner even came over and spoke with us while we were there. Great service!
Zeck Ford is a great dealership, good prices and friendly sales associates. I was in and just looking and Steve was stll very nice and helpful.

I recently was in the market for a new Ford Focus. I contacted Zeck Ford by phone and was greeted by Brendan Dow...we went over leasing options and set up an appointment for the following day. When I arrived we sat down Brendan immediatley gave me a vehicle option that fit in my budget. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours!! Great experience!!
Great buying experience - Gene Sirabella was great to work with. He was patient and found several vehicles that would work for us. We eventually settled on an Edge that had not even been priced, yet. We kept our van for an extra day while the Edge was detailed. During that time, the windshield was shattered by a baseball. Zeck Ford fixed our van for less than the best retail price I could find. The two vehicles were exchanged without a problem. The 'no haggle' price was better than we could find anywhere else. It was a very pleasant car buying experience.
There were only two drawbacks, 1) The web site recommends making an appointment. When I called to make one, I was told I needed to talk to a sales person, but they were not in, yet. The receptionist requested that I call back. We ended up walking in without an appt. 2) The sales manager was not very personable, almost as if we were an inconvenience. There seemed to be an undue delay in getting paperwork signed with the sales manager.
We will return to Zeck Ford when we are looking for another vehicle.
