Bad potato. The Wendy s in Leavenworth KS, is responsible for serving me a smelly spoiled potato, with toppings. I reported it to the BBB and the local Health Dept. The Dist Mgr, contacted me insisting he would not compensate me for any damages from illness to me. I advised him I will be following up with my PCP today to pinpoint the exact nature of the illness that followed partial consumption of the spoiled product served to me. I have had diarrhea nausea, weakness, fatigue, stomach cramps, and haven t eaten well in 3 days. They think since they gave me a free drink and replacement product that is sufficient to satisfy a health hazard to the local public
