ABSOLUTE QUALITY. I am pleasantly surprised to find that a company does not shirk on its customer service like so many other HVAC corporations out there today. I did not pick ER Mann Heating & Cooling because of there amazing know how around a furnace, nor there tedious timing . It was because i know i can trust them to come into my home and know that they are going to be doing what they are supposed to be doing. Its the fact that i know that what there doing to my furnace or ac is actually going to fix the problem and that i actually need that part. That is why me Mr.craig will rely on ER Mann Heating & cooling for all my needs.…

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!!!. hello my name is John and me and my wife. Independence local. My furnace went out i called ER Mann Heating and Cooling after looking them up on line to see what was the closest Furnace repair shop. Mr. Ray answered the phone with astute timing as this was two in the morning when i called. He said he would be there ASAP and man was he not lying. It wasn't a half an hour later before he was here. He went down to the Furnace and with precision he knew what was wrong with it almost instantly. I think he said if i remember right that it was a hot surface igniter. He put the part in and ka boom there the beast of a furnace was working again. After he fixed it he went back out to his car and wrote up the ticket and i thought here we go a late late night call its going to be in the upwards of $400 dollars but he came in and to my surprise it was $270. E.R. Mann Heating & Cooling will always have my business.…

Great Service, great value. After moving to Lee's Summit over 12 years ago, we were needing our a/c and furnace changed out. We had ER Mann Heating and Cooling out because we had them change out the furnace and a new A/C installed in our home in Independence close to 23rd and Hardy. We have had our spring checkup calls from ER Mann for years now and have nothing but great things to say about them. I grew up on a farm close to Maryville, Missouri, and to be honest with you, I was always leery of "big city" serviceman. However, he is as trustworthy as a small town serviceman - one you can depend on and trust. I know that my mother-in-law has used his service for years. And mother-in-laws are not always easy to please!!!!!…

Excellent System and Service. I live in Lee's Summit MO and called ER Mann as my unit was tripping the breaker and was 25 years old. He installed a Trane A/C Unit and also a furnace for me in 2005. I have not had any problems at all since the installation. My utility bill decreased 60% in the summer months from $200/month to the highest bill since installation of $120.00.

He also installed a new water heater that I have not had any problems with since purchase in 1996. He also installed a DeHumidifier on the old furnace in 1996 before purchasing the new system in 1995.

He installed a gas line for my gas dryer in 1995 since there was only electric in the home for the dyer and I wanted gas. He did this at great trouble has the line had to be pulled through the duct work from one end of the house to the other. I have a 3300 sq. foot home.

ER Mann Htg and Cooling has came promptly for inspections and installed new furnace filters when needed. The service technicians and Ray have always been courteous and efficient.

Ray Mann has been in business since 1965 and he offers 24 hour service and comes during freezing temperatures or over 100 degree temperatures for his clients comfort and health.

Ray Mann has done my plumbing, heating and air for 30 years. I would and do recommend ER Mann Heating and Cooling to my friends and associates.…
