Desserts to die for!. The Falcon Diner has the best desserts in Kansas City! The desserts are made by Pastry Chef Ray Works and are presented in three big showcases. The desserts first grab your attention by being simply beautiful.Then comes the payoff, eating them! There is only one problem with the desserts, there are too many choices, you end up buying too much. The Falcon dessert showcases are the shining star at Ameristar.

The best in comfort food. Falcon Diner has the best comfort food in Kansas City. Huge portions of all your favorites, meat loaf, seafood in season and daily blue plate specials. The wait staff is friendly and attentive and they make an awesome omlet! Great coffee and unbelievable pastries all made in-house by their famous pastry chef, it's well-worth a visit.
