Best Mex Restaurant in Indep MO!!. La fuente is my favorite mex restaurant in Independence,MO. I highly recomend it to anyone who loves mex food. But to people that don't like peppers and onions: their chicken always has them in it, but it makes it taste so wonderful! Their margaritas are wonderful too!! I love thir salsa and chips too, which I am very picky about when I go to mexican restaurants!
