HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was in town from AZ looking for specailty boutiques for my lil girl.... Found this place and was excited to check it out. Lady in mid 30's was behind counter gossiping on the phone.... Not that I was looking to hear her life drama is was so rude and obnoxious! When we did finally find something we HAD to have... we walked up and on the phone she says....."Sorry, I'll have to call you back".... I was like...how about...sorry I was on the phone and being of no help yo you! UGH... I'd never go back! WAY too pricey too!! I make lil tutus and sell for half their price!

Hello-
We are sorry that you had a bad experience with us. We are a small, family owned shop with no employees and we spend most of our time in the store. So the past couple of weeks when we had 2 relatives in the hospital, one having cancer surgery here in town at KU Med and the other major heart surgery in Springfield, MO, we were spending a lot of time on the phone getting updates on both. We thoroughly appologize that you caught us during such a bad time.

Great Place to Shop!!. My daughter and I LOVE shopping at Madi's Closet! The girls who work there are super helpful. I found great outfits and bows to match! If you are looking for something this is the place to go!!!!

The cutest kids stuff!. They carry fantastic children's clothing, especially for girls. The owner is very helpful and has great knowledge of the lines they carry.

DISAPPOINTED.
I came to look for my daughter a first birthday outfit. I received NO HELP, the employee was talking on the phone and never did acknowledge that I was in the store.
After looking around with no help I did not find anything.

No, not just consignment- love this place!. This place has changed sooooo much! I love all the new stuff. Got the cutest baby gift for my girlfriend and the cutest matching outfits for my daughters! I am a matchy-matchy person so I loved all the hairbows and shoes! Glad to see this store here!

IS IT A CONSIGNMENT/THRIFT STORE??.
Madi's Closet definitely has the charm and character of a consignment/ thrift store.
I was very disappointed in trying to find a baby gift. The employee said they were adding
more gift items so I left without buying anything.

Best Boutique for kids!. I just shopped here today. I didn' t know we had a great boutique for kids in the area. I bought a pair of Miss Me jeans for my daughter (I am so excited they make them in girls sizes now!) and I bought a cool dinosaur shirt for my son that has real sand on it. The jewelry is awesome- I can't remember the brand... I am going back next week when my friend finds out if she is having a boy or girl to get her a baby gift. They have the cutest binkies and blankets. Nice, helpful people. This is a great find!
