Disappointing (Parkville loaction). Service was mediocre, order taker sort of condescending 3 of 4 entrees were nearly COLD when served Alfredo sauce was literally as thin as water and not particularly tasty. Bottom line: Unlikely to go back...…
Ridiculous wait time- not worth it!. I sent in a fax order the other day for lunch- told them I would pick it up at 1. Promptly at 1 I was there, but the line had 3 people ahead of me and there is not a separate register for to go orders. Had to wait for 15 minutes to get to the register and then another 5 because the order WASN"T EVEN READY. What was the point of sending my order ahead of time? No one even apologized for my wait time. I paid almost $7 for a small box of lasagna that had been microwaved. Not a good first time experience for me. I would not recommend this place AT ALL.…

Great market. The food is always fresh and always good. Few places in KC can claim that. Real cannoli. Fresh pasta. Everything is made on the premises and the owners will make sure you are taken care of well.
